Share info with consumers

GB is a Home Depot brand. A GB shower head with a hand wand failed because of a plastic piece that broke and that could probably be replaced for $5. I was hoping the part would be available. It was not. The GB customer service rep was very nice but could only advise me to go buy another GB shower head. I bought Delta. User's recommendation: You get what you pay for. GB is cheap to buy and cheaply made.
