Shady fine print – misleading sign up terms

They advertise a free 7 day trial but then charge you $50 if you download more than 2 articles. The CS rep first denied that a 7 day free trial existed then came back with the fine print language regarding the 2 article limit. THe fine print language should be made evident when signing up and also included in the initial subscription email. You want 100 words on this. That is not necessary. {{REDACTED}} Don't trust the 7 day free trial!!!
