Original review updated by user May 25, 2021 Contacted the Frederick dealership because I wanted to test drive a car they had. I spoke to Juan who asked if I was close to Frederick and if not was there a closer location. I said the Laurel store was closer so he offered to have the car brought to the Laurel store so we could see it. We had an appointment for 5:30 the same day. On our way to the appointment Juan called to tell us the car had been sold at the Laurel Store. Unbelievable that you have an appointment to see a car and they sell it out from under you. He then said we have a similar car at the Baltimore store that we can have there by 6 so I said okay since we were already on our way. Nice of him to call me when he knew I was on my way there instead of calling me as soon as the car was sold. Typical sales tactic and I should have known and just turned around. My stupidity that I went anyway. We sat there for over an hour waiting for the car. To kill time while waiting for the car to arrive we test drove another car. When we got back we were told the car was not coming. No way to treat customers! UNACCEPTABLE!! Will never buy a car from Easterns! Let the buyer beware! User's recommendation: Stay away!
