This issue with one of their personel has been going on from day one. Something really needs to be done with Mareline Sosa. Her professionalism is so poorly lacking that it makes me wonder how she has been able to keep her job! She has insinuated on many occassions that an insurance check she is holding would not be used for what it was intended. She asked for the estimate and it was sent but that wasn't good enough for her she wanted more information. All of which was clearly and precisely stated in the estimate that was sent to her. Her treatment towards me has gone to a whole new level of ignorance. This company should be thoroughly investigated for the way she conducts business. I can't say how many sleepless nights I have had over her and the issue at hand. All a person has to do to get on her bad side is ask a question and she flips out. And yet she is allowed to continue to treat people in any way she so chooses.
