Severe Lack of Customer Service

.Received a call from them to renew...however the call was from the Philippines. I could not understand them. Ask to be transferred to the US...was on hold for 20 mins then the call disconnected. Try to call back...and the offices are closed. They are trying to charge me over $300 for the year. Not going to happen. I will cancel
