I have severe allergies and I forgot my lunchbox that day at magic kingdom. I looked up what oil what used in the park to cook with and it did not say soy bean oil. It said Canola oil. So I ordered fries. I went into anaphylaxis. So after hitting the EpiPen and getting back to the room. And taking care of my self, I did more research and really had to did. Come to find out the each restaurant uses different oil and some use soybean and some don't. This needs to be available in basic research when looking up the oils. . User's recommendation: An available allergy friendly pamphlet in front gate for people with severe allergies.
