Robokiller gave us a full refund. It was very difficult getting phone straightened out. While I understand the need for a app like this it should not take over your phone as it did with ours. It wouldnt let our children reach us on that phone and they are all in our contact list. Very bad experience. User's recommendation: Be aware of apps that you can’t control or easily delete and cancel.
