Setting language is an issue

A decent marketplace with a number of technical hindrances. I was travelling in the Middle East past month and since then I found out that the platform displays everything in Arabic by default. I have no idea why and how, unless I was hacked. Joking, but the issue is there. It takes me an effort every time to switch to the default English language. It happens everytime I reload the page, either the main page, or the page of the product.

I can’t place an order because the site doesn’t accept my zip code, what the hell, I’ve been trying to place an order for an hour, what you don’t like, this code exists but it’s not accepted, I’m very angry !!
