While I enjoy some of the shows you air, I am rather disgusted with your ploy of setting the volume of many (not all) commercials at a level that is about 10 dB higher than the main programming (according to my meter)...I thought this practice was discarded (as being crude and annoying to customers) decades ago. User's recommendation: be prepared to plug your ears.
