Good day, i purchased from Mobileshop vacuum cleaner Xiaomi 2nd generation. All was great till one moment (after few weeks of work) then base stop charge cleaner. I wrote letter to support and got reply what i need send item to Slovenia. Because cleener big enought its cost for me abour 40 Euro. After about month i received my vaccum cleaner with new base unit and of course working. Not looking at time i spend to send/receive item and spend about 40 Euro i glad and happy with service. Its looks like myt review to short i need to write here some more words :) Ups, still need more
