No one answers their customer service number. No way to email them. None of the THREE "promo" codes would apply to my order. So I didn't order, even though I would like to have the selections I made. Because there are so many scams, I felt this could be the case here. I guess I thought they were legit because they have sent me a catalog for so long. Ah well . . . . User's recommendation: Be careful.
