I 1st called for service on feb 5-6th took a week to show, couldnt fix ordered a part came back didnt fix the issue, ordered another part two weeks ago still not in! I am now a month with no washing machine! I have 6 people living in this house- laundry mats are expensive and disgusting! I am now washing clothes in my bath tub! This is beyond ridiculous! Last time it broke you brought me a loaner, now they say they dont do that! How long would you like to be without one! Im sure I could get the part overnighted to me!
