michael russell 8 Jun 2021, 15:35 (5 days ago) to campbelltown, casula Hi Doorsplus. RE:Doors Plus Order: DPLU39398 Hi Doorsplus. I am requesting a service call as I am having a few issues with my new door. The magnetic seal is so strong that we are unable to open the glass door panel We were able to open it on hot days when the sun had warmed the glass up but on other days we have been unable to open it.
