This company sucks! I ordered two items, a choke collar and a muzzle. It took forever to receive the. They did not fit even though I followed their measurement protocol. I paid $10 extra bucks for shipping and since they do not offer free returns another $13. to ship back. After a week of emailing I finally get a refund for ten dollars less than what my products equalled. They said they won't refund the shipping cost but I PAID THE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS! WTF?
