In 2018 I was referred by Home Advisor to Alberto Altamirano of Alta Ram Construction for Grading in Julian, CA He never completed the work After receiving payment for supposedly 3/4th the work. He arranged an inspection with San Diego County which they stated "woefully" failed as there was so much that was left undone. Afterwards, I couldn't reach him for over 2 weeks and I ended up hiring another grader and incuring double costs.
