i am driving Mercedes Cars for a long time. I like the Car, i like the Service, but they promise you and promise you and you be on standby and nothing is done in the time they promise. I brought my Car in at 2 PM of which I had a promise. I brought the Car in at 1PM they told me they running short on time if they could leave the Car and they would fixed and it would be available the next day, the provide a transportation to my house and the next day at 4 Pm they did not had the car done. Now it is 6 PM a day later and I do not have my car back. Either Mercedes or the Dealer of Mercedes should re-emburse me for the sloppy time frame sitting here all the time waiting for my Car and nothing did happen. Now it is ^ PM the next day and still have not my Car back . sitting here and waiting to somewhere but I cant. Shame on your Service. Kurt A. Adolph
