To Whom so ever it may concern, I would like to bring to your notice that I'am very disappointed with the service being provided by EDI. I appeared for my RTA test on 19.05.2021, However I did not clear all the parking test hence I had to book for my parking test again so I called the EDI for the same and the call center agent explained me the latest available date is next month first week which is Jun and I told them to book for me the earliest date, The call center agent told me they will check and give me the earliest date possible or else I would get the date by first week of Jun. However I am still waiting for the response from EDI. The customer service is not upto the mark The call was done by the customer on 23 May 11:30 AM after that no follow up/confirmation call was received for the same. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
