The tech from AnswersBy.com is very rude and does not have any help at all. He keeps repeating and repeating the same words to annoy me then saying "okay" "okay" "okay" even when I am very pissed. He doesn't know anything about technical issues and not even worried even after I say I would file a complaint. Like there is no one checking their service and the quality of support. I don't even know if this is the right channel where I can file a complaint but I am really, really pissed. The name of the tech is Praveen S Very rude!!!
