My son completed 4 AP exams in May 2021, the scores were scheduled to be released on 7/21/2021. He got 3 exams graded. His AP Cal AB score is unavailable with code 16: "Request a make up but did not take it" which is incorrect. He indeed took the paper exam in person at his HS on May 24 2021. I called customer service and was given a case number and was told the "higher department" will contact me within 3-5 business days. Days had passed, weeks had passed and I called at first after 3 days and everyday afterward to talked to countless presentative. Every single time they repeated the same script that the case was escalated and they have no authority to let me talk to the manager or higher department. It's the same every time. This case has been opened for a month, and I have no other way to contact College Board in US.
