I always do shopping at pep for my children but since the new manager i totally don't go in the store because her customer service and people skills are very bad. Other day she was so rude to one of her stuff and shouted and used explicit language infront of us as customers and there were small kids also in the store When a customer approached her about her behaviour she just turned and walked away with the words"im the manager not you" It os no pressure to shop at the fort beaufort Pep store anymore I ask that this matter be attended to as you will lose your valuable customers Jane is her name
