THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS!!! My water line broke in October 2020. I have called and documented 53 times about getting it repaired. I got a different person EVERY SINGLE TIME and was never able to speak to a manager. I was hung up on 15 times. All winter long the water from my yard ran down the street and iced up in front of neighbors driveways. It is March 2021 and they still haven't fixed my yard. I'm calling the BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney General. DONT GIVE A PENNY TO THESE PEOPLE. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't pay for this SCAM!!!!
