As a Sungevity customer who bought panels outright, I was upset when the company went bankrupt. Solar Specturm has no intention of contacting owners of panels as there is no profit for them to do so, or to honor the terms of assuming Sungevity's customers. I wrote Solar Spectrum and received an email, someone would ge tin touch with me soon, but that was weeks ago and, despite my repeated email replies, no one has contacted. Frustrated, I called their sales line where a man told me that Solar Spectrum wanted nothing to do with people who own their panels outright. In other words, I'm on my own. I cannot afford to hie a lawyer, but wonder if anyone in my situation has done so. If yes, what kind of advice did the lawyer give you? Best of luck to you all,
