have service contract on a kenmore refrigerator, am waiting on parts, no one can tell me when parts do or don`t arrive, have been told that someone will call, no one returns calls.i am waiting with an usable refrigerator, no one knows how how long we will have to wait. just seems like they only are paying us lip DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service User's recommendation: cannot recommend sears home services.
