Service has no service

Have order windshields years ago and no problems. Ordered 2 windshields on May 2/2021 which were 8 dark tint and got only 1 windshield 9 light tint which was totally wrong Emailed and phoned told what happened which they shipped out. May 25/2021 got the 1 windshield which was right but still missing the other windshield Have emailed twice and no response. The product is good but no service
