Service going down hill

No specific cases will be discussed. I have been dealing with Lazada for just over 5 years in Vietnam and up until September 2020 had few complaints but recently lots of errors creeping into their service,shipping errors,poor service from some delivery agents and it seems that this started sincebeware the change of the CEO User's recommendation: Beware. Check out opposition companies.

》 The laptop I received is not a brand new one, it came as a second hand.
