Took our trailer into get it serviced due to warranty issues. This was December 8, 2018. Landing gear, slide out and other minor issues. We had to call them constantly for updates each week, they claimed that the company Grand Design hadn’t sent them the information they needed to take care of the trailer. Christmas comes around and still no trailer or information on it. Husband calls excuse is it’s Christmas time and the ONLY guy who works on it is on vacation until first of year. Okay, we understand. January still no call or trailer, we call weekly excuse after excuse. February this wife has had it and calls the manager Mike in the service department. This man could careless about his customers or their needs. Tells me you can come get the trailer and take it out anytime you want. REALLY WITH NO LANDING GEAR OR SLIDE OUT WORKING???? Are you some kind of stupid or what?????? Proceeds to tell me that one part miraculously came in yesterday and they were only waiting on one more part. Okay, Mike I’m calling Grand Design to see what the problem is. Grand Design call - as soon as they contact us with warranty issues we send out the parts, they should have them in 2 days. As a matter of fact they have all the parts they requested 2/8/19. Me- WHAT! WAIT! They just requested the parts???? Yes that’s what we see. Now talk about mad, I was beyond it. All of the sudden my husband gets a call the next day to tell us the trailer is ready for pick up. PLEASE HEED THIS REVIEW AND DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR TRAILER TO MESA LITTLE DEALER LITTLE PRICES! Bought 2 trailers from them years ago and they were great reason we went back. Whoever owns this company now doesn’t care. Buyer beware!!!!
