I set reservations on june 1st i arrived and was seated in the bar area. I was waiting 15 minutes when i stopped sean sevier manager. I expressed my concerns and displeasure to him. The response was so negative, my attire as well as my wife attire according to him deemed to be seated in the bar area. I felt insulted and chose to leave the restaurant. I was approached by the gm rachael kruse. We expressed our concerns to her. As we were speaking to her mr. Sevier joined the conversation and rudely insulted my wife and i again. Ms kruse encourage him to leave the conversation. We agreed to be seated in the main dining room and enjoy the service and meal that we are accustomed to. Need i say i have dined at ruth chris restaurants all over the country. I don't often take time out to write letters. In this case i am seriously thinking of posting negative reviews all over social media. I thought better of it a decided to deal with your company directly.
