I would like to express my displeasure about the live chat service. I've tried to contact Airasia when we found that we're unable to reach airport last time and the person who in charge of my case, was unhelpful indeed! However, i thought it will be the last case for us. Unfortunately, we get the same person as well through the live chat. his speed is slow enough and he seem unhelpful indeed! We're trying to bring down the issue but everything seem reversed in the way. Hence, I hope that your company will take appropriate action to the person. thank you
