This is regarding a parcel that I should receive one week ago still I didn't received it yet. As the sender has mistakenly wrote one number wrong As my contact number but the address and name was correct. As soon as I got to know it from the sender I contacted prompt express and told them. As per the tracking number it shows parcel is our for delivery I didn't receive it may be because of my number is wrong. They took my correct contact number, address and tracking number everyday and tells me they will send it the next day. But I never receive it. I even called the Colombo office every if talking rude over the phone and giving false information and saying they will send it next day.. from June second its Been with them and I never received my item. They is really disappointing that you lie to your customers and gives false information. And you company is courier service company and mentions nice words in the site but not practical at all. People use a courier service to get things done fast or else they would use the normal post. There are no customer service managers or anyone which we can talk or inform.. everyone someone will take your details but your parcel not there
