I had earned 20.oo that expires today. I received 2-3 emails a day reminding me to not forget. I I have not been back in an old navy or get anything online since i was in California over the 4th. I went to the store in Southlake tx where i live. Picked up 60.00 worth of clothing and tried to check out. The clerk scanned my email and said i had already used it. I explained that i hadn't and showed her all the emails from your company. She refused to help. Didn't offer to call a manager or anything else. I didn't really need what i was buying but because of your emails i decided to go in. Her lack of customer service caused me to leave without buying anything. I'm not sure if ill go back in. I shopped Old Navy many years ago and decided to try it again and was pleased with the store in California but not Texas.
