Sent wrong items, Now charged double for shipping and tax on replacement

After waiting three weeks for my order I find eReplacement has shipped someone elses parts to me. After calling C.S. to get things cleared up I get an email stating that I was only refunded the cost of the original gutter kit of $52.32. What happed to the extra shipping and Tax paid on the original order. Then I get an email for the new gutter kit order. Cost of $57.99 plus shipping and tax on the new Order. What is going on and why am I paying more for eReplacements mistakes. I have already paid for the shipping and tax on this item. I have sent several emails for an explanation no response. User's recommendation: I would think twice about ordering from eReplacement.
