Sent my watch to Timex in Indiana along with a check for battery replacement. Timex cashed the check the same day they received the watch. The watch disappeared on its way to the repair service in the Philippines. The Filipinos are unable to locate the watch, do not communicate as promised and apparently really don't care3 about customer service. User's recommendation: Buy their "cheap" watches, use as disposable. Repair service sucks!
