Sent Two Bad Transmissions

I ordered a transmission from Car Parts Planet, it didn't show up for almost 2 months. When it finally showed up, the shop called and told us there was black oil pouring from it, but as long as nothing else was wrong he could clean it up and put in my car. Next call I got was to inform me, I was sent a broken transmission missing all but two gears. I called, received an apology and was told the new one was on the way. I went ahead and ate the labor fees for the first transmission swap, returned the broken one, received the new one, AGAIN paid for the transmission to be put in, and again got a call that this too was a broken transmission. I called, told them another broken transmission was sold to me and I wanted a full return plus labor fees. Now they won't return calls or take the broken junk they sold to me. I'm now out $2000 dollars, plus the new transmission I had to go somewhere else for and pay them, and again labor fee's to the shop. Time to take legal action unfortunately.
