Sent them shoes they refused to return and they won’t ship it back

THEY HAVE STOLEN MY SHOES I PURCHASED A PAIR OF COMME DE GARCON SHOES IN DEC 2018 I called right before they liquidated the sole fell out of I could get them repaired, I was told they could be repaired replaced or refunded the shipping label I was sent expired. I called back 11/12 not aware of the liquidation or return ramifications and everyone gave me different information. The web service team is rude and awful I was yelled at and hung up on multiple times by their customer service I was lied to I was told all merchandise purchased prior 10/31 had till 11/15 for refunds I was still given an expired label I ended up paying $30 for 1 day shipping my shoes they arrived at 10:42am 11/15 I called today and was lied to and hung up on that no refunds would be processed regardless of when it was received and they are refusing to ship my shoes back these are a pair of comme de garçon play shoes WHY ARE THEY HOLING MY SHOES THAT I PAID FOR IF THEY DONT WANTO REFUND THEM WHY KEEP THEM SEND THEM BACK I PAID FOR THEM
