Sent money for order that i never received

Last yr of Oct 2018 I seen a shadowbox butterfly piece posted on Josh's Instagram that i was in love with. I asked if he would be making another and offered to make it for me to go ahead n send the payment of $120.00( bought from him before so I didn't see a problem with sending $ beforehand.) Months and months go by as i try to get his attention through his DM and commenting on his Instagram post (which he made sure those were deleted). He continuously gave excuses, ignored me, then all of a sudden sent me some bogus photos of a wrecked Chrysler 300 and says some1 has been posting for him.... I've tried contacting the beginning of October. He knew what his intentions were which is why he gave me the run around. After all the fuss guess what he blocks me. I do not understand how a business owner can be totally comfortable screwing over customers such as myself who purchased numerous items throughout the past 3/4 yrs. Im seriously so sick of these sorry *** online thief's. I actually would have continued to buy his products but stealing 1 of his loyal customers money was more important...
