Sent me to collections even though I renewed my service

My account is current my ADT alarm works well. No new equipment was installed. Right when covid happened we were going to sale our home. It was only on the market for 5 days and we got an offer. We moved out and put our ADT on hold for our new home. The deal fell through and we moved back into the house. I reactivated our system it was ADT and I was assured that turning it back on would prevent any collections activities. Instead they gave me another Ccouny. Thissi is terrible. User's recommendation: Go with another company for home security.
