Original review updated by user Aug 03, 2021 Bought a pack of swisher sweets from here. They were overpriced and the swisher was so old when I opened it that it instantly crumbled in my hand. I returned to the store and the baldhead white guy was rude and told me there's no exchanges or refunds. Didn't bother to listen to my problem or try to do anything to try to resolve it. And mind you I come here quite a lot and they just lost a long time customer for the lack of appropriate customer service skills. If I could've given this store no stars I would have. User's recommendation: Do not shop at the Petro TA in Monroe. They will sell you old products and doesn't want to exchange the product when you tell them it's old and stale.
