3 of us (family) bought items on their website that were listed as "NEW". The photos were mostly of boxes and not clear at that. I got a Toaster oven that had a huge dent in the side that was not in the photo or mentioned. I got a lamp with missing parts, used hose, heater missing screws to put it together. I was the lucky one. Daughter got a moldy, used humidifier, tent missing poles, sweeper totally destroyed. Other daughter did not get all her purchases and they will not refund ($35)Don't . She bought a bedding set listed as twin and it is full size and she can't use it. Obviously rip offs! User's recommendation: DON'T DO IT! You are throwing your money away for garbage!
