Selling and Servicing RV’s in general

I have a 2017 Montana 380 TH and have had it in twice for various reasons. After a couple months of being in the queue I went from 12th in position to now 30th due to previous RV s showing back up and getting back in the priority queue. prior to RV's I was in the boating world dealing with the same thing. I understand what Lazydays and other RV stores are up against. they have a huge load to deal with. The issue is, they are all struggling with Homes on wheels. no matter if you own a $10,000 unit or a Million dollar unit they are all built on frames in shops with new design modifications changing constantly. RV's do not come off of a GM or Ford assembly line where detailed QA and micro assembly is a standard. RVs are Homes rattling down the road without the tolerances and cookie cutter production of cars and trucks. the RV dealer gets stuck with all the headaches the manufacturer failed to design correctly. even Lippert engineers pull their hair out with bonehead decisions. the reality is, we own boxes on frames and they break. just as I became an expert on my own boat, I will need to be the expert on my own RV.
