I have tried to process my taxes using this service since the beginning of this year. It has repeatedly been an issue to process it due to needing a form, which the turbo tax site has no information on. I was self-employed for part of the year and the whole process to get that information process is insanely redundant. I requested a refund within the required time and heard nothing. I want a refund as this money did not provide a service of which was followed through with.
