I am a 10 year customer of ADT who is being charged $492. to upgrade your security system. I am 80+ years old a widow of a military soldier of 20 years with health issues. I received a voice mail from ADT to call [protected]. When I called I was told I owed $492. to ADT to upgrade your system and if I did not pay I would be turned over to a collection agency. I never received a bill and was shocked. I was having alarms going off on the windows and your company came out a few times but could not fix it. I was told I needed to upgrade my system at NO charge to me. When I signed up with ADT I paid $932.90. I do not believe I should have to pay again for a system that your company owns but does not work correctly. Hoping to hear from you very soon.
