Sebago wouldn’t ship what I ordered

I ordered a shoe through klarna on the sebago USA website on the 21st of April and up till now I have not been sent a shipment confirmation .. You guys should reimburse me or send my shoe ! Below is the order number I got from sebago order (#2343) User's recommendation: This is looking like a scam !
