Sears will not honor service agreement purchase of Kenmore Microwave

I purchased a Kenmore Microwave oven approximately a year and a half ago, with an extended warranty agreement. Sears repairmen have been out 4 times in as many weeks to repair it recently. It works from 2-8 days, then loses power. Servicemen replace fuses, it works for a day or so only. I have called for repair and remain on hold for at least 1 hour with each call. Today I called for an product replacement. I have been on hold today since 8:14 am, spoke with 3 people, placed on hold after each Sears representative who take my information and respond, "I will transfer you to someone who can help". At 11:00 am, I realized this is a "game" of Sears to discourage the customer, and to not honor their own extended service warranty agreements. This is shameful since I have purchased all of my appliances from Sears for more than 40 years and 2 homes. User's recommendation: Don't buy Sears service agreements, Kenmore produces and don't shop Sears.
