wife called sear warranty in mid April , tech was sent out and did a diagnostic testing on parts in question . he advised that we should hear something within two weeks. We were advised that part was no longer available because of microwave being over 5 years old. we were advised that an email with directions to either obtain a new one or check mailed. after at least 30 plus calls and being told that our problems would be expedited. Well like I said its been over 3 months. and today I received a email from Supportservices@***.com Krystal from customer services saying that my microwave will not be covered. thank you and we value your services. if you need anything please feel free to call back.. REALLY!!!!! WARRANTY CANCELLED!!!!!
