I am a retail store owner, and we have done business with Frito Lay for 10+ years. 5 years ago, we were told to order online at fls2u.com. They have a 2-3 business day GUARANTEE delivery--and we have been screwed countless of times with receiving the order 2 weeks late...2 weeks...this is a disaster for a retail store. Our stocks were completely out, and we lost many sales. What a joke. I have spent hours and hours calling the customer service line, waiting for calls, and trying to find out when my order will arrive. The representatives are rude, inconsiderate, and just terrible. The managers are just as bad, and sometimes even worse. What do you expect from the customer service agents if their managers suck. I have been waiting from a call from a supervisor, Pete, for 3 months--and I've called every week to check-in. The last time I called, I was told there is no one by the name of Pete (even though the past 24 times, I've been told I will get the call from Pete). Now, I'm waiting for a call from Cedis--and have yet to receive the call and have been waiting 2 weeks. They continue to advertise the 2-3 business days delivery date...however, I have never received in 3 business days. I think they operate on a 72 hour day, when the rest of the world operates on a 24 hour day. What a crap show. They are running a total crap show, and I hope that others do not have to deal with this.
