Just purchased 2 sets of 15K Scotts 4-Step program. Tried to fill out the Rebate information on-line. System kept dropping out my price information and sending me back to the beginning (4 times) to enter all information again (lots of numbers from each bag.) I spoke with the Scotts Rebate Hot-line four times and was told to enter total 4-step package price for each line item as individual step prices were not shown on my receipt.   Finally gave up in disgust! It seems that Scotts has deliberately made it virtually impossible to make a genuine REBATE claim. Is this a SCAM.
