scores pending

1

My daughter took March 13 SAT assessment. Scores released March 26th. Hers remained "pending" through the weekend. On Monday I began calling college board. I call every day. I received a case #[protected]. Each person tells me the same thing- they are escalating this and we should hear in 5-7 business days. I emailed and received a response asking for 28 pieces of demographic information and a detailed description of my problem, which I immediately responded to. I received the same canned response- sent to escalations, 5-7 business days. Today is April 1, priority housing date for one of her top school choices. Without Bright Futures she can't live on campus and without SAT scores, there is no Bright Futures scholarship. Whoever is above the canned responses on the phone is unreachable. We have been given no reason for the delay- just a list of possible reasons. She tested in a room with 3 students so if there were any "inconsistencies" in the scoring or tests it certainly shouldn't take a week to hand score.
