I recieved email to advise that i would recieve parcel between 13th-17th Dec then when that didnt happen i had to chase the company up for them to tell me that there was a back log and that i would def get it before xmas and would recieve text by wed 21st which i didnt and then funny enough no one answered my emails from no on and i never recieved my parcel on friday 23rd as promised!!! And no one answers emails and the phone is all automated it is truely shocking they are a complete cowboy company!!
