I contacted customer service over 5 times to schedule my 2nd service with no response. I called to speak to manager Greg and left a voicemail to please call me back and he never did. I called CS again to request a refund since Terminix had not fulfilled the obligation of our agreement and they said they were emailing the Regional Manager. However, it's been several days and the RM has not contacted me back.
