Scheduled maintenance

I scheduled mainteniece service 6-8 months ago and the guy called me about 9:30am and said he would be a little behind so i said okay he said that he would call me never heard from him and i called this morning and they tried to send someone today 5-7pm no i have something to do today besides sitting here waiting on you guys so now i have to wait until july WOW BAD SERVICE 1ST AND HOPEFULLY THE LAST TIME WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM.
